Three lengths.
Copy verbatim.
Pick the length that fits your medium. All three are pre-cleared — no need to send back for approval. If you need a different angle (e.g., "focused on AI" or "focused on APAC"), ping me and I'll send a custom cut within a day.

What I'll
actually talk about.
The shortest version of "is this a fit?" — topics I have point-of-view on and have published on repeatedly. Anything outside these I'll respectfully decline.
- AdCP v3 + UCP in productionWhat the open standard looks like once a few SSPs and agencies actually wire it up — not the pitch deck.
- NDR is a commercial outcomeWhy net dollar retention isn't a CS metric and what changes when the post-sale operating system gets a designed motion.
- Enterprise data collaborationClean room, ADH, walled-garden measurement — moving past "which platform" into "what governed path."
- Operator-led advisory vs. fractionalWhy operating-system gaps don't get fixed by fractional CMOs or roadmap decks.
- AI workflow products in B2BWhere applied LLM + agent workflows actually compound vs. where they evaporate at the second pilot.
- Agentic advertisingAdCP, UCP, MCP, and what changes when buyer and seller agents negotiate impressions directly.
- US market entryGTM and partnership strategy for international AdTech / MarTech / data vendors landing in North America.
- Attribution & measurementWhy "audience yes/no" must yield to graded similarity scores in vector space.
- Global growth + org designBuilding high-performance commercial teams across APAC, EMEA, LATAM, and the Americas.
- Operator + advisorThe case for hybrid careers — and how to make them sustainable.
- Generic "future of AI" panels with no operating angle.
- Pay-to-play speaker slots or sponsored thought-leadership decks.
- Pre-written quotes for vendor press releases.
- Anonymous quotes or unsourced commentary.
- Live political / partisan commentary unrelated to media / advertising.

No Fluff Advisory
Architecture ·house_of_brands master
id ·no-fluff-advisory "Strategy without the slide deck."
Operator-led advisory for growth-stage AdTech, MarTech, data, AI, SaaS, and media-tech companies entering or scaling in the US. Primary fit: 50–150 employee companies with product traction, early revenue, and a US scale mandate, where founder-led GTM is starting to break and the company needs a sharper commercial operating system. Secondary fit: 20–50 employee founder-led teams with a specific, urgent problem (US market entry, enterprise GTM, data product packaging, partner strategy). The site positions the work as “strategy without the slide deck.”
Growth-stage AdTech, MarTech, data, AI, SaaS, and media technology companies — primarily 50–150 employees — entering or scaling in the US; secondary fit is 20–50 person founder-led teams with specific GTM, market-entry, or enterprise data problems. CEOs, founders, CROs, CPOs, CMOs, GTM leaders, product leaders, data leaders, and investors looking for market entry, GTM, operating model, and enterprise data strategy support.
Direct, sharp, senior, practical, commercially grounded, and intellectually honest. The voice should feel like an operator who has built the thing, not a consultant selling frameworks. It should be clear, useful, and decision-oriented.
